• New driveway and a brick boundary wall at the entrance
• Upstairs bathroom fully renovated and a new downstairs bathroom added
• Load-bearing wall removed and replaced with a structural beam to open up the living space
• Kitchen fully renovated with a new energy-efficient boiler
• Electrics upgraded throughout, including security cameras
• New laminate flooring and fresh paint across both floors
