We are a local building contractor based in Southend-on-Sea, treating every home like our own.
We provide a full range of construction services across Essex – from extensions and loft conversions to full renovations and new builds – with a commitment to quality workmanship and honest, friendly service, at a fair, fixed price with no surprises.

Questions we get asked
How much does an extension or conversion cost?
Every project is different, so we don’t work from price lists. After a free site visit we give you a clear, fixed-price quotation, so you know exactly what you are paying before any work starts.
Do I need planning permission?
Many single-storey extensions, loft conversions and garden rooms fall under permitted development, but not all of them do. We’ll talk you through what applies to your property during the survey.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size of the job. We agree a realistic timeline with you before we start and keep you updated at every stage.
Are you accredited?
Yes. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and TrustMark registered. All gas and electrical work is carried out by fully qualified, certified professionals.
Which areas do you cover?
Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff, Thorpe Bay, Shoeburyness, Rochford, Rayleigh, Basildon, Chelmsford and the rest of south Essex.
Can I hire a mini digger without booking building work?
Yes – plant and mini digger hire is available through our sister company, DM Plant Hire, with or without an operator.
